"2024 was the year we stopped proving we could scale — and started proving we could lead."
When I look back at where Nexus Analytics began 2024, I see a company with ambition, good bones, and a product that customers genuinely loved. What I didn't fully anticipate was how dramatically everything would accelerate once we found our stride.
We crossed $42M ARR in Q3 — a milestone that once felt distant suddenly arrived three quarters ahead of plan. We welcomed 340 new enterprise customers. We launched three transformative product capabilities. And we did it while maintaining an NPS of 71, which I'll take any day.
None of this happened in isolation. Our growth is a direct reflection of the trust our customers place in us every day. Companies like Meridian Group, Prism Financial, and Coretek don't just use our platform — they've built critical workflows around it. That's a responsibility we take seriously.
Internally, we grew from 142 to 218 team members — adding engineering depth in London and Singapore, expanding our customer success organization, and building a go-to-market team that any company would be proud of. Culture remained a deliberate investment, not a side effect.
As we move into 2025, our focus sharpens: deeper AI integrations, expanded API capabilities, and entering two new verticals where we believe Nexus has an unfair advantage. The work ahead is significant. The opportunity is larger still.
