How Nexlayer grew from a bold idea into the infrastructure powering enterprise teams across 38 countries.
Our founder reflects on a transformational year and the principles that guide every decision we make.
"We didn't set out to build the fastest-growing B2B platform of 2024. We set out to solve a problem so obvious, so painful, that we couldn't believe nobody had solved it properly."
When Marcus and I founded Nexlayer in 2021, we had one conviction: that enterprise teams deserved infrastructure that worked as hard as they did. Not tools that required a PhD to configure, not platforms that broke the moment you scaled, but something genuinely built for the way modern teams work.
2024 was the year the market agreed.
We crossed $42M in ARR in October, a milestone that felt almost surreal given where we were eighteen months prior. More meaningful to me than the number was how we got there — through genuine customer partnerships, through a team that refused to accept "good enough," and through a product vision we've held steadfast to from day one.
We welcomed 1,200 new enterprise customers. We expanded into 14 new countries. We launched Nexlayer Flows — the most-requested feature in our history — and watched it become the fastest-adopted product module we've ever shipped. We received our Series B led by Sequoia. And we were recognized by G2, Gartner, and Forbes as a category leader.
None of this would have been possible without the 312 people who call Nexlayer home, and the thousands of customers who trusted us with their most critical workflows. I'm grateful to all of you.
As we look to 2025, I'm more energized than ever. The problems we're solving are getting harder — and that's exactly where we want to be.
