Both! The core frameworks we teach apply across B2B, B2C, and marketplace models. The instructors have experience across all three. That said, roughly 60% of attendees are B2B SaaS founders, so some examples will lean that direction. B2C founders tend to find the PLG, retention, and paid acquisition sessions especially high-value.
General Admission and VIP ticket holders get 7-day replay access to session recordings. Early Bird tickets do not include recordings (you can upgrade to General Admission if needed). Recordings are typically available within 48 hours post-event. Live Hot Seat teardowns are not recorded out of respect for the founders in the hot seat.
We recommend bringing a laptop for the workshop blocks, where you'll complete interactive exercises. All session templates and worksheets will be provided digitally — you'll receive a pre-event email with a link to download them. A notebook is also great to have. Everything else is taken care of.
Attendees range from pre-seed founders to Series B growth teams. Roughly 40% are early-stage (pre-seed to seed), 40% are growth-stage ($1M–$10M ARR), and 20% are scaling-stage ($10M+ ARR). The workshop is designed to deliver value across all experience levels, and the peer roundtables are structured to mix experience levels intentionally.
Several investors attend as guests and participants each year — Anika Patel is herself a Benchmark partner. There is no formal pitch session, but the cocktail hour and lunch are excellent for organic conversations. We ask that you don't do unsolicited cold pitching during the educational sessions — keep the learning environment focused.
