Core focus engine is feature-complete
The adaptive timer algorithm — the heart of Flow — passed final testing this week. After 6 weeks of iteration and testing with 40 beta users, session completion rates hit 91%. We're proud of how natural it feels to just open the app and get into a session within 10 seconds.

Flow State Detection entering closed beta
Our ML model for detecting deep work states (based on session rhythm and app usage patterns) is being rolled out to our 40-person beta group. Early results show it correctly identifies flow state entry 84% of the time. We're refining the edge cases before wider rollout at launch.

Final visual language locked in
After three full redesigns, we've settled on our visual direction: warm neutrals, a single accent color, and typography that gets out of your way. The UI should feel like a good notebook — familiar, tactile, and never competing for your attention. Dark mode is in polish now.
